The Naturally Aligned Woman is a faith-led podcast for women who know God is calling them higher, but feel emotionally blocked from fully walking in their purpose.

This podcast is for the woman who have done some healing, is no longer in survival mode, yet still feels stuck, hesitant, or misaligned. She doesn’t want medication or hustle. She wants peace, clarity, and emotional wholeness that aligns with her faith.

Hosted by, Melanie Bourbeau, a certified health coach with over six years of experience in natural emotional healing, this show explores the difference between mental health stabilization and emotional alignment, so you can stop striving, heal what’s underneath, and move forward with confidence.
