My name is Melanie Bourbeau. I am a wife, mom, daughter of the King and a certified health coach with years of experience helping women overcome depression and anxiety naturally. After losing a good friend to suicide and asking God to show me how to ”never miss an opportunity to help again”, I have been blessed with tools and skills to improve mental health and wellness for other moms with health solutions and lifestyle medicine. This podcast will help you calm down and feel more peaceful. You will learn how we can help someone with depression through mental health help and anxiety coping skills. I will share tips for mental health first aid so you can overcome overwhlem and stop feeling so exhausted. With healthy habits you will experience more happiness and resilience even through hard stuff.
