Hosted by, Melanie Bourbeau, a Faith-led Emotional Wellness Advocate with over six years of experience in natural emotional/mental health healing, this show explores the difference between mental health stabilization and emotional alignment, so you can stop striving, heal what’s underneath, and move forward with confidence.
